5-8 Amendments

Witness- Somebody who gives evidence after seeing or hearing something
Indict- The person charged with the commission of the crime
Testify- To prove or demonstrate evidence of something
Grand Jury- Group of people to examine the problem of the trial
Due Process- The principles of justice
Capital Punishment- Execution of punishment of person committing a crime
Excessive- Beyond what is considered acceptable
Bail- A sum of money for the accused person's release
Peer- A member of the nobility

I think that to get these rights for a crime if you are convicted it would really matter on what the crime is that you have done. If someone just killed someone or multiple people they shouldn't be able to have any of these rights. But if you committed a minor crime like speeding in a car or something like that you should be able to get all of these rights. If a ever committed a crime even though I wouldn't, I would want all of these rights. Overall I think that it was a good thought to make all of rights for getting convicted of a crime.
